Limited Liability Company "Ozertso Asist" is the legal successor of CJSC GLOBAL Leasing, which has been operating in the leasing market since 2012.

Ozertso Asist LLC uses a conservative business development strategy, increasing long-term assets, focusing on the commercial real estate market.

LLC "Ozertso asist" owns non-residential real estate, which it rents out and receives a stable income.

Due to the systematic development and increase of assets, the company's participants decided to diversify risks and, taking into account the previously gained experience, start operating in the leasing services market.

LLC Ozertso Asist formed the size of the authorized fund in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and on March 17, 2020 was included in the register of leasing organizations of the Republic of Belarus.

In a relatively short period of time, the company's leasing portfolio as of March 2023 has already amounted to more than 6 million Belarusian rubles and continues to grow.

In its leasing portfolio, the company has such clients/lessees as UE "MINGAZ", UE Remavtodor of the Moskovsky district of Minsk, UM No. 58, JSC "Polesestroy", JSC "Parokhonskoye", ODO "Eurodent", Unitary Enterprise Pruzhanskaya PMK-21, Unitary Enterprise "Stolinskaya PMK-24", RDTUP Medtechnika G. Baranovichi, LLC "Krasny pishchevik" and others.
